Terms of service
These terms apply to the enginir.work website and to the integrations and apps Enginir provides to business clients, including integrations with WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.
01 · About
Enginir is operated by Nir Rubin, Israel [business registration no. and address TBD]. Contact: nir@enginir.work.
02 · Using the website
You may browse enginir.work for personal and business purposes. Don’t misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its design and content for commercial use.
03 · Client services
Design, development and automation work is delivered under a separate proposal or agreement with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
04 · Meta integrations
Clients who connect a WhatsApp Business account, Facebook Page or Instagram account to an Enginir integration confirm that they own or are authorized to manage those accounts. They agree to follow Meta’s Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, including collecting any opt-in their customers need to receive messages. Enginir uses the permissions granted only to deliver the agreed service. Clients can disconnect the integration at any time.
05 · Intellectual property
The Enginir name, wordmark, face mark and site design belong to Nir Rubin. Ownership of client deliverables is set out in each client agreement.
06 · Third-party services
Integrations depend on platforms such as Meta, Cloudflare and AI model providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, though we will help clients adapt.
07 · Disclaimer
The website is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, without guarantees.
08 · Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Enginir’s total liability for any claim relating to the website or an integration is limited to the fees the client paid in the three months before the claim.
09 · Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
